Admission Steps
Face to Face Classes
As per government mandate, all students who will have in-person classes must be fully-vaccinated. Fully-vaccinated individuals are those who received the first and second rounds of the COVID-19 vaccine. The second immunization date should be two weeks prior to starting in the academy
Online Classes
All students who would like to enroll in our online classes must have a working personal computer (desktop or laptop). Mobile devices such as tablets and smartphones may also be used but are not encouraged for the student to maximize the learning opportunities presented in class, especially for young learners.
Whether for in-person or online classes, we recommend communicating with us your learning needs so we would have a general idea of what you are looking for and see how we can help.
In-person Appointments
Should you wish to personally discuss the programs we offer and the details of your classes, you may email us (brainsinc.ph@gmail.com) or send a message (+63 917 808 0521) to book an appointment. You may also check the CONTACT US page for other means to contact us. We also accept walk-in inquiries, but booking an appointment is highly recommended to ensure that you will be attended to during your visit.
Written Communication
For parents or students who are unable to personally come to the academy to discuss our program and the classes, we can send all the information you need via email. Should you have questions or concerns, feel free to contact us through our published contact details in the CONTACT US page. We can correspond via email, text messaging, phone call, Viber, Line, WhatsApp, or KakaoTalk.
All students, both adults and young learners have to fill out the Student Information Sheet (SIS) and take the English Level Assessment (ELA) to determine their proficiency level.
Adult Learners
For adult learners, the assessment is composed of a brief written test and a 15-20-minute interview. During the interview, students will be asked personal and professional questions to assess their oral communication skills. Responses to these questions will enable the program team to create a customized program that will suit the student's learning needs. Please know that we respect the privacy of our students, so all information disclosed will be strictly confidential and will only be used for assessment purposes.
Once you make a booking for the interview, you will receive an email from the program team with a link to the student information sheet. Should you opt to have the interview done online, the Zoom details of the interviewer will also be included in the email.
Young Learners
The assessment for young learners is composed of an online written test (Vocabulary, Reading, Grammar, and Writing) and a 10-15-minute interview. The written test must be completed before the interview schedule.
Once you make a booking for your child's interview, you will receive an email from the program team with links to the student information sheet and the test. Should you opt to have the interview done online, the Zoom details of the interviewer will also be included in the email.
The program in the academy is tailored to the learning needs of the students.
After the assessment, our professional and experienced program team will devise a learning program that will address the student's weaknesses and reinforce his/her strengths. Results of the written and oral assessment will serve as basis for the program and will help determine the books that will be used in class. Parents' requests are also taken into consideration when creating a program for young learners.

For those who will have online classes, digital copies of the books will be sent together with the program. We recommend that the materials be printed, especially for young learners, to maximize the exercises and activities presented in the book.

For students who will have face-to-face classes, printed copies of your books will be given by your teacher on your first day.
